RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns of unworn and unused items for up to 14 days from the date of delivery
for a full refund or exchange equal to the value listed on the invoice.
Taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable except for items shipped within Switzerland.
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, tags, and protections. Any item that fails our quality inspection will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Once we receive your return or exchange package and if the item conforms with our return and exchange policy, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the return package.
Please note that you can only exchange your item once and that all refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
